Client Responsibilities
Attend all scheduled meetings and appointments.
Provide open and honest information when requested.
Take responsibility for your actions and behavior.
Follow the house rules at all times.
Keep your room and all communal areas clean and tidy.
Store personal belongings in your room only. (Stepforwardliving Ltd Housing is not responsible for items left in communal spaces. We advise arranging contents insurance.)
Pay your service charges promptly.
Report any repairs or property damage immediately to Stepforwardliving Housing.
Respect both the property and other residents in the community.
Remove all personal belongings on the same day you leave the property.
House Rules
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
No visitors are permitted beyond approved visiting hours.
Children are not allowed on the premises without prior authorization.
Music and noise levels must not disturb neighbors or other residents.
Service charges must be paid on time.
The accommodation must be kept clean and tidy, including regular bin disposal.
Inform Stepforwardliving Ltd staff if you plan to be away on holiday.
Respect the house and remember it is not your personal property.
Agree to follow all house rules and accept the consequences of any breaches.
